Christina M. Page, Esq.

Attorney Christina Page founded the Page Law Firm in 2000, and specializes in commercial and residential real estate, landlord-tenant, probate, wills, trusts, and estate planning law. Serving as a trusted advisor to her clients, Christina has represented real estate developers in multi-million dollar new development projects throughout the state of Florida. She helps her clients navigate all aspects of a development’s life cycle including: land acquisitions, financing, zoning, water rights, leasing, and disposition. As a landlord herself, Christina has significant experience in landlord-tenant law issues and has helped both residential and commercial landlords in the leasing and eviction process.

In addition, Christina also advises clients on their estate planning needs. Through the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care surrogate designations, Christina helps her clients make proactive decisions about the distribution of their assets, as well as, important health care decisions. Christina also has extensive experience guiding clients through the probate process.

Christina obtained her undergraduate degree in legal studies from the University of Central Florida, and her law degree from Stetson University College of Law. Christina began her legal career in 1997 at the Vose & Blau law firm in Winter Park, Florida before starting her own firm.

Joseph P. Page III, Esq.

Joseph Page is an attorney and real estate professional, born and raised in Orlando, Florida. He attended the University of Central Florida for his undergraduate degree, where he developed a deep interest in the field of law and real estate. Following his undergraduate studies, he continued to pursue his passion for real estate by attending Harvard University, where he obtained his Masters Degree with Honors in Real Estate Finance and Investments.

After completing his real estate studies, Joseph attended Syracuse University's College of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude. While at Syracuse, he was inducted into the Justinian honor society, recognizing students in the top 20% of their graduating class. Further, he won CALI awards for achieving the highest grade in his Federal Income Taxation, Employment Discrimination, and Professional Responsibility courses. During the course of his studies, Joseph dedicated his research and writing to the intersection of the 4th Amendment and consumer property and privacy rights.

In addition to his legal knowledge, Joseph also holds a Florida real estate license, enabling him to provide his clients with a unique perspective on their real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate, from buying and selling to leasing and development, and he is committed to helping his clients achieve their real estate goals.
